  10. Good! … But I wouldn’t have put vinegar on it at all. 😔
    The tomatoes could also be sour if they were … fermented a bit with a little salt (necessarily without iodine). There would also have been probiotics on occasion that went wonderfully with the kidney beans.

  11. I still like Jamie Oliver so so much. Recently saw his promo on the lesson but not sure what the provided platform is though. Totally think that he could do the show himself but it is valid that he makes it w the platform first. Can’t wait to see his home and the interaction w his kid on making beautiful dishes. He always wants to make healthy version of everything so that’s why I like him so much. He is an icon.

    1. If he does travel shows, it would be really fun to watch too. Doesn’t have to be scheduled bound. Just do it whenever he likes w his family and show it to us. It would be something beautiful. He is quite a Proust vibe to me. Hee😅

  13. 1:15 Have you people noticed that such cooking videos NEVER show how an onion is diced to the very end? I wonder how professionals do the rest. I’m not a chef but I have learned how to use the right cutting techniques over the years. However, that last bit is still a mystery to me. So I use my own style (maybe not). I turn the onion so that the surface where the knife ran along is now at the bottom. Then I cut very thin slices across and chop them until they have the right size. No cubes but it doesn’t matter because the melt anyway. @Jamie Oliver I’d like to read your comment on this.
