Double the spiciness of the incredible spices and the crispiness makes chicken so scrumptious, you simply can't stop eating at one. Guess, that's why they are called Chicken Pop Corn.

CHICKEN POPCORN

Active ingredients

300 grams chicken thigh boneless, cut in to 1 inch cubes
Salt to taste
Black pepper powder to taste
1 tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder
1 tsp dried oregano
1/4 cup onion paste
1 1/2 tablespoons garlic paste
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Spice mix- 1
2 tsps dried mint leaves
1/2 tsp citric acid
1 tsp black salt
1 tsp sugar
Salt to taste
1 tsp Chaat masala
Spice mix- 2
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp dried combined herbs
1 tsp sugar
Sal to taste
1 tsp red chilli flakes
1/2 tsp black pepper powder
Coating
2 eggs
Salt to taste
Squashed black peppercorns to taste
1 cup improved flour
1 tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder
1/2 tsp black pepper powder
1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
1 tsp powder sugar
1 cup panko breadcrumbs
Oil for deep frying
Tomato catsup to serve
Mayonnaise to serve

Method: –

1. Take chicken in a big bowl, include salt, black pepper powder, Kashmiri red chilli powder, dried oregano, cumin powder, onion paste, garlic paste and lemon; mix well till combine and marinade the chicken for 20 minutes.
2. For spice mix add the dried mint leaves, citric acid, black salt, sugar, and salt to taste, and mix the mix into fine powder. Include the chaat masala and mix once again to fine powder; and transfer the spice mix into a little bowl.
3. For second spice mix add red chilli powder, dried combined herbs, sugar, salt to taste, red chilli flakes and black pepper powder. Close the jar and mix into a fine powder; and move the spice mix into a little bowl.
4. Break the eggs in a bowl include the salt to taste and crushed black peppercorns; and beat the mix with help of folk, till well combine.
5. Take improved flour on a plate, add salt to taste, Kashmiri red chilli powder, black pepper powder, cinnamon powder, and powder sugar. And blend well.
6. Coat the marinaded chicken pieces into flour mix and dip it into an egg mix; and coat it again into the flour mix. Coat well from all the sides.
7. For second finishing coat chicken pieces in flour mixture, dip it in egg mix and coat into panko breadcrumbs. Repeat the procedure if you desire double coating.
8. Heat sufficient oil for deep frying, carefully slide in the chicken pieces, and deep fry the chicken on medium flame till it becomes golden brown and crisp.
9. Drain on an absorbent pepper.
10. Transfer the portion of chicken popcorns in bowl and sprinkle the mint spice mix and toss the chicken popcorns till well combine. Then move another portion of chicken popcorns in a bowl and sprinkle some spicy spice mix on it and toss the chicken popcorns till well combine. Keep the staying popcorns as it is.
11. Transfer the popcorns serving plate and serve with tomato ketchup and mayo.
