Ingredients for Street Design Chicken Manchurian:

( Tsp-Teaspoon; Tbsp-Tablespoon).

– Boneless Chicken – 300 gms breast portion cut into small pieces.

For Marination:.
– Salt-1/ 2 tsp.
– Red Chilli powder- 1 tsp.
– Garam Masala powder- 1/4 tsp.
– Ginger garlic paste- 3/4 tsp.
– Corn flour-1.5 tbsp.
– All purpose flour- 1 tbsp.
– Egg white- 1.
– Oil-2 tsp.

Tempering:.
– Garlic, chopped – 3 tsp (10 gms).
– Ginger, fine sliced- 1 tsp (8 gms).
– Green Chillies, chopped- 4 nos (4 gms).
– Onion, great chopped- 1 little (50 gms).

Other Ingredients:.
– Water- 200 ml.
– Kashmiri Chilli powder-2 tsp.
– Pepper powder-1/ 2 tsp.
– Garam Masala powder-1/ 4 tsp.
– Salt-pinch or 1/8 tsp.
– White Sugar-1/ 2 tsp.
– Dark Soy sauce-1.5 tsp.
– White Vinegar-1.5 tsp.
– Green Chilli sauce-1 tsp.
– Corn slurry-1/ 2 tsp in 2 tbsp water.
– Coriander leaves chopped -2 tablespoon.
– Oil- 1.5 tbsp.

Preparation:.

– Cut the chicken breast fillets into small bite sized pieces and include all the ingredients for the masala and after that the batter mix.
– Set aside for around 30 minutes.
– Now fine slice the garlic, ginger and green chillies. Likewise great chop 2 tbsp coriander delegates be used as garnish later.
– Likewise make the corn slurry by mixing 2 tablespoon water with 1/2 tsp corn starch.

Process:.
– Heat oil in a pan for deep frying the battered chicken pieces.
– Now drop the coated chicken pieces side by side in hot oil to not crowd the pan. Do not stir for a minute and after that fry on medium heat for around 5-6 minutes till browned. Repeat for the balance.
– Now heat oil in a wok and then include the finely chopped garlic, ginger and green chillies. Offer a stir for a minute and then add the carefully chopped onions.
– Mix and fry on medium heat for around 2 mins and after that include the curry leaves. Mix and fry on medium heat for around 30 secs and after that include the water.
– While the water pertains to a boil add all the other ingredients for the sauce one by one and offer it a mix. Keep cooking on high heat for around 1-2 mins.
– Now include the corn slurry and keep cooking on medium heat for another minute till the sauce thickens.
– Now add the fried chicken pieces and mix and cook on medium heat for another 2-3 minutes till the sauce coats the chicken pieces.
– Finally garnish with carefully sliced coriander leaves, offer a mix and serve hot as a starter or a side.
