I can't believe it's been 25 years given that The Naked Chef aired! I'm commemorating by reimagining my old-school recipe from Happy Days with The Naked Chef, the excellent old chicken in a bag.

This is a really flexible dish, you can mix and match with whatever active ingredients you have to hand and explore different flavour mixes. I have actually given you the measurements for a single person here, however feel free to double up– you'll simply require a bigger piece of foil! This is basic cooking, made with love.
