After the last farmhouse inn video I decided I would never go there. That decision stands. You guys should get Joe Sasto to do a focaccia video for you. His is much better.
No traditional foccacia bread would ever be that thick, sorry, but no. This is a disappointing terrible video to put out.
There is no one singular focaccia, every region has their own take on it and has their own “traditional” way to make it. What you are saying is like saying there is only one way to make pizza.
This ain’t foccacia the way it should be 😢
