This delicious dish includes a reward– homemade pickled chillis! I'm adding some white vinegar, salt, maple syrup and fennel into a sterilised container. Soak in a couple of chillies and you've got a huge flavour increase already! The perfect buddy to this rustic marinated prawn skewer, for when you're in need of an enjoyable outdoorsy dish loaded with flavour!
