Nah, plenty still open, some were open for years before closing for various personal reasons unrelated to the business itself (health issues, age, etc.)

Just because you saw a video about psychology on youtube doesn’t make you a trained expert – he’s not a narcissist, he’s lashing out because he’s under tremendous pressure, actual narcissists are very rare and hard to spot, because they know how to manipulate others in their favour.
@@YamiKisara My mother is a narcissist so I can spot it quite easily. The reason I said that is Andy’s reluctance to admit his flaws and blaming everyone except himself. And his belief that everything he cooks is perfect and if the customer sends the dish back they’re stupid.

There’s many incredible Cooks who are crappy Chefs, and brilliant Chefs who are crappy restaurant owners (and vice versa).
I always feel so bad for the spouses involved in these messes, especially since they get treated like garbage.
