Is there a way to make this if you don’t have an oven?
Could you buy a toaster oven? That would work and you get one for about $50. If not, you could still make the filling on the stove top, but no cobbler on top. Maybe serve it with some rice pudding instead.
Or just cover the pan with a lid! Might take a little longer, but it’s at least worth trying…
because everything what work easily in a pan instead of the cobbler, I would crumble them and brown them in a pan. Same flavor probably
