Ingredients
Overnight soaked black chana – 1 cup (approx. 100 grams)
Shallots – 25
Tomato – 1
Cumin seeds – ½ teaspoon
Grated coconut – 5 tbl spoon
Oil – 3 tbl spoon
Mustard – ½ teaspoon
Fenugreek – ¼ teaspoon
Garlic cloves – 4
Curry leaves
Brinjal – 5
Salt
Turmeric powder
Chilli powder – 1½ teaspoon
Coriander powder – 2 teaspoon
Tamarind juice of small lemon size
Chopped coconut (optional)
Coriander leaves
