Really appreciate your video….this is typical maharashtrian brahman style food in fetive pooja time…without onion n garlic….only thing that we do differently is that we don’t put lemon in aalu/batata bhaji n add some urad daal in it and don’t put raddish in alu paatal bhaji…although once will try this…loved the way presented as well
