8-10 Pro V Select Fard Whole Natural Dates (khajur).
3 medium tomatoes (tamatar), approximately sliced.
1 tablespoon oil.
1 tsp onion seeds (kalaunji).
1 bay leaf.
Salt to taste.
1 tsp sugar.


1. Deseed and piece Pro V Select Fard Whole Natural Dates.
1. Heat oil in a shallow nonstick pan. Add onion seeds, bay leaves and sauté for 30 seconds.
2. Add tomatoes and salt, cover with cover and cook on medium heat till the tomatoes are soft and pulpy.
3. Add dates, sugar and mix well.
4. Prepare on medium heat for 4-5 minutes.
5. Transfer in a serving bowl and serve.
