Great tips (as usual!) all the way through. I started learning to cook in the late 60s and had my first professional training in 72. I don’t remember when I learned the “odd number” thing in presentation, but now that I’m retired and learning art as a hobby, there is the odd number idea coming up again. All about the visuals.
