Active Ingredients for Air Fryer Chicken Meatballs:

( Tsp- Teaspoon; Tbsp- Tablespoon )

– Chicken Mince/Keema- 250 gms

To make the Meatballs/Kofta Mix:
– Pepper powder- 1/4 tsp
– Coriander powder-1/ 2 tsp
– Onion, great sliced- 3-4 tablespoon (33 gms).
– Green chillies sliced- 1 tsp.
– Coriander leaves chopped- 3 tablespoon.
– Mint leaves chopped- 2 tablespoon.
– Garlic, great sliced- 2 -3 cloves (1 tsp).
– Red Chilli flakes-1 tsp.
– Breadcrumbs- 4 tbsp.
– Salt- 1/2 tsp.
– Oil-1 tablespoon.

Preparation:.

– Fine slice onion, green chillies, coriander leaves, mint leaves and garlic.
– Take a bowl, include the chicken mince/keema and all the other items as displayed in the video. Mix it well.
– Now add some oil in your palm and rub your palms together to coat both the palms uniformly.
– Now get a small part of the mix (around 20 gms) and form a meatball as shown in the video. Continue forming for the balance mix.
– This mix should give around 16 meatballs.

Process:.

– To air fry the meatballs, secure the basket from the air fryer and spray it with some oil.
– Now set up the meatballs side by side, evenly spaced out and keep the basket back into the air fryer.
– Air fry on 180 C for 12 mins.
– Time out after 6 minutes and turn the meatballs over. Continue to air fry for another 6 minutes.
– Get rid of and serve hot with salads and mint chutney.

  4. Hello! These look delicious and I would like to make them for my children. For the mince, do you use thigh or breast? I worry that the meatballs will be dry with just minced chicken breast.
