Nice love from USA
Yum!! That sounds so good!!
Isn’t bannock a commodity food like fry bread? 😢
Sigh. What?
Bannock is fry bread
@Miss_Kisa94 right!
I thought it was Scottish 😂
Bison gravy 🤤 😋
the food looks amazing but indigenous in this context means nothing to me. indigenous people in Canada i get but like what culture is this i know nothing about it? this is really poorly edited or the people did a poor job explaining it.
They anticipated you having a rough idea and made it enjoyable to watch for those who do. You can look into it if you’re interested
bison is so good, cant find stuff like this in europe…
Need more in toronto as well.
I can’t believe Ive never wondered what native americans eat culturally
Awesome
Blah blah blah its just a restaurant! Will it bring back all of the scalps they collected!? They have not been under repesented! They have their own lands they dont have to share! This is insulting to those that have felt sorry and tried to help!
Looks like they use a lot of ingredients that were introduced by Europeans… not very authentic. Where’s the restaurant where every recipe is pre 1492?
As an indigenous American I find that living in the past as a fool hardy activity.
Looks delicious !
