  1. IN SANTA CRUZ EVERY WEDNESDAY, THE VERY BEST CHICKEN AND POTATOS!

  2. I remember seeing a great full video on him and his story a few years back. I’m thinking it was probably here on Munchies. Great story, you should post a link for everyone to the full video. 😊

    1. The link to the full video from 4yrs ago is directly above the description below

  3. I’ve had this several times at the Saturday farmers markets @ the Ferry Building! Always a line! Delicious!

  4. Just saying that technique used on the potatoes is an amazing way to cook other ingredients. Compliments to chef

    1. having had Roli Roti many times, dating back to 2014, the potatoes get really salty though

    2. @no_mnomyes. This is a pretty niche technique primarily exclusive to rotisserie. This is why i gave compliments. The scenario to cook things in this manner is very rare and specific

    3. @ronnieblazebot3778that’s odd… I know of two places that did it and closed during pandemic and another few that are still open.

Roasting the duck/chicken above vegetables that cook/fry in the drippings has been a thing for ages, Chinese do it with their ducks too!

    4. @no_mnomyes. I know its been around thousands of years. I dont know what you are trying to argue about. All i did was compliment the technique. Youre trippin lol

  5. The line is always really long, people wait for a good amount of time to get this food. I was doing that one day when a woman, without explanation, walked to the very front of the line and started ordering. I was supposed to be next and when I asked her “hey lady wtf” she said she was his sister and didn’t have to wait in line. I will not be going back

    1. Still at SF Ferry Building Farmers Market on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturdays

  6. I’ve been trying to go here for like 5 years! Never found the right times

  7. I liked the video and would go there. Experience the chefs cooking and passion. If you love the job people want to be there with you. Amount in time of great experience instead of getting it camping.
