  3. My fav chef. This mfer taught me how to cook flank steaks and skirt steaks the best. Man Iโ€™ve gotten so consistent and good at cooking steaks on charcoal itโ€™s def restaurant quality and the fam loves it.

    2. Same, but my blackstone came with accessories, including thier seasoning and conditioner. Otherwise id throw some avacado oil on it.

  5. I seasoned my 17 in the oven like a pan. Worked great and got edge to edge seasoning.

    1. The Blackstone stuff is good, but definitely not necessary.

      Cast Iron and griddles have been around a long time, any high smoke point oil works.

  8. I have heard that its good to use high smoke point oils like avocado rather than canola l, olive or seed oils. Also a torch helps get the corners
