Easy Smoked Ham with a Hot Honey Glaze

I'm taking a store‑bought spiral sliced ham and warming it up on the smoker rather of in the oven. due to the fact that you get a lot more taste – and somehow the ham remains juicer too! With this dish I utilized a Hot Honey glaze at the end … however you can utilize this smoked ham method with any glaze.

This Smoked Ham is a double‑smoked show‑stopper that tastes scrumptious, is very easy to carve and makes the very best leftover ham sandwiches … I ensure that!

    1. Yeah really I just got home from the store with a spiral ham, and I was like well I want to do this in my kettle grill instead of pellet smoker. Here we have Malcom with a video just uploaded and he’s doing it in a ceramic which is close enough to the method ill be using.

  1. I did this today! Seriously, it’s at 120F at the moment. What’s the odds with just shy of 2M subscribers! Pretty good, actually. I did it over the Weber kettle with a Smoke and Sear instead of my Green Egg. It’s going to be super fine.

The only difference I made was I didn’t go spicy and used your Rib Rub along with THE BBQ Rub.

Malcolm you are a genius! Thank you for sharing this.
