I was in the Infantry a long time and lived mostly on rations, so these videos are a great gift and I slowly get better at cooking in general and appreciate a meal with more than one color from a foil package (those are good too!). I am from the US, but live in Colombia at the moment. Were are you from if I may ask=?

  4. I am a harsh critic, I’ve been following you for 12 years or more. I gave Joe Q a bit of flack on failure for a complete lack of narration. This one falls into a bit of in the middle for me. I do love the product, but I am missing the narration bit for the ingredients prep. However, the cooking was spot on and topping of burgers was traditional and looked delicious. Just wish you would look at your videos from 12 years ago, and today. Alot of viewers have been with you guys since the beginning. Keep making killer vids.
    But never forget where your roots began.

  6. I actually have some chicken wings for dinner tonight. I’m feeling pretty guuud watching this video lol. The best part about making a good burger at home is many restaurants don’t do medium rare. I went to Five Guys and they refused to cook the burger the way I wanted. Lol.

    1. Right on, the side venting is a bit of a design problem. Metal bowls. utensils etc can get red hot in a short time on those side shelves.
