@GIANNI fai il confronto con le ricette “italiane” che fanno gli americani.
Questi di solito fanno pasta col pollo, sugo con concentrato di pomodoro o pelati aglio e cipolla, peperoncino in fiocchi, cose che non stanno ne in cielo né in terra.
Sti qui invece hanno semplicemente fatto un formaggio cremoso insaporito e glie l’hanno sbattuto dentro, e il panzerotto in sé è versatile in termine di quello che gli metti dentro.
Addirittura, qua in Italia il ristorante di panzerotti numero uno su TripAdvisor è famoso per fare i panzerotti aperti, non sigillati.
