    mixing in the other bowl . Still gonna get some sweet heat I would imagine ?

  10. Throw the meat in the freezer for a short while so it firm’s up before you slice it .
    Just wondering how long the beef jerry will keep for?
    Do you need to refrigerate it to store it or will it store without refrigeration

  12. Never had jerky before but I think out biltong here in South Africa is better and definitely easier to make
