  6. I didn’t have all the same veg in my fridge, so I used what I had – carrots, red pepper, spring onions and mushrooms. I also added a little mix of dark and light soy sauce to the stir fry sauce during cooking. The best tasting stir fry veg I’ve ever managed. Thank you very much.

    1. I have always blanched my veg in the microwave, saves boiling all that water

  16. Thank you so much for the recipe. Very well explained. We Indians eat lots of vegetables, but the vegetables in the stir fry look good.
    Can we use other sauces other than oyster sauce as they are not available here? Can we use chilly sauce or something like that?

    1. Yes, I use a variety of vegetables and different sauces. I experiment with combinations until I find what I like.
