Warm Sprout & Spinach Salad | Jamie Oliver

This is one hell of a seasonal salad, and I'm providing love to those misconstrued brassicas – Brussels sprouts! By shredding them, then gently frying with a little bacon, prior to tossing with , hazelnuts and crunchy wholemeal croutons. It's a world far from the boiled cabbage treatment your nan utilized to give 'em, and guarantees they remain nutty and . What's not to love?
