TAMBDA RASSA

Components

1 cup brown masala paste
1 cup green masala paste
2-3 tablespoons oil
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder
2 tsps kanda-lasoon masala
3 cups mutton stock
2 tbsps sliced fresh coriander leaves

Method

1. Heat oil in a pan. Add the brown masala paste, green paste and blend well. Include turmeric powder, Kashmiri red chilli powder, kanda-lasoon masala and mix, cook for 1-2 minutes.
2. Add 3 cups mutton stock and blend well. Cook till the mix pertains to a boil. Continue to cook for 3-4 minutes.
3. Serve hot with steamed rice.
