Preparation: 10 minutes
Inactive: 20 min
Prepare: 6 minutes
Yield: 4 portions

Active ingredients

1/4 cup light brown sugar
1/4 cup honey
1 tablespoon grease, plus extra for grill
1 lime, juiced
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
8 thinly cut (about 1/2-inch thick) smoked pork chops

Instructions

Preheat a grill pan to medium-high.

In a plastic resealable bag, huge enough to fit the chops, mix together the sugar, honey, oil, lime juice, and red pepper flakes. Include the pork chops and let marinade for a minimum of 20 minutes.

Get rid of the pork from the marinade. Lightly brush the grill with oil. Put the chops on the grill and cook till grill marks form, about 2 minutes. Rotate the chops 90 degrees, and grill for 2 minutes more, to create diamond grill marks. Flip and cook another 2 minutes. Eliminate from grill to a serving platter and serve.

  1. Sad fact: it is hard to promote my YouTube channel so I should write such comment to promote my channel.

  2. I work at Dollar Tree and around the store above the aisles I place a jar of gherkin pickles so I have gherkin pickles all around the store that I’m able to snack on while I work I haven’t been caught yet and it’s a great way to stay energized throughout the workday
