SPICY NOODLES IN A BOWL

Active ingredients

200 gms noodles, boiled
4 tbsps oil
1 cup sliced onions
4 tsps chopped garlic
4 tsps sliced ginger
8 tbsps soya granules, soaked in warm water and drained pipes
8 spring onions
8 tsps red chilli paste
Salt to taste
4 tbsps honey
8 tsps chilli oil
4 tsps vinegar
4 tsps sesame oil

Approach

1. For each part, heat 1 tablespoon oil in a non-stick wok. Add 1/4 cup chopped onion, 1 tsp chopped garlic and 1 tsp chopped ginger and saute.
2. Heat 2 cups water in a pan.
3. When the onions soften, add 2 tbsps soya granules and mix. Include 2 tablespoons water and mix.
4. Include 1/4 of the boiled noodles to warm water and let them get warmed through.
5. Slice 2 spring onions.
6. Include 2 tsps red chilli paste to the wok, in addition to salt, 1/4 cup water and mix. Include 1 tablespoon honey and mix.
7. Add salt to the noodles together with 1 tsp chilli oil and mix.
8. Raise the noodles from warm water and took into a serving bowl.
9. Add 1 tsp vinegar to the soya mixture and mix. Add 1 tsp sesame oil and mix. Put this mix over the noodles in the bowl.
10. Garnish with spring onions, drizzle 1 tsp chilli oil and serve immediately.
11. Prepare 3 more portions likewise.
