  1. Trop bon, je n’aurai pas mis de camembert, plutôt du Comté ou du Saint Nectaire fermier ou en encore de la tome d’abondance, morbier… Enfin c’est histoire de goût . Bravo pour la touche de balsamique qui doit apporter la saveur sucrée acide👍👍

  2. Some may remember that a young Jamie used to hate button mushrooms and would only use field mushrooms like morels and chanterelles.

  3. That Ragu would be a great topping for a Coney Hot Dog, with a tonne of Chilli flakes.

  4. Conker perked up a bit when them ribs appeared. This is delicious, but what’s really great is the basic tech on ragu style, eg giving the tom puree some heat before introducing liquid.
    A perfect primer for people who want that classic Autumn /Winter staple to be EVEN BETTER!
