Shrimp Burger | रेस्टोरेंट जैसा प्रॉन बर्गर बनाने की विधि | Prawn Burger | Sanjeev Kapoor Khazana

A terrific shrimp patty flavoured with Oriental spices, tartar sauce and cheese is a superb treat.

SHRIMP HAMBURGER

Ingredients

250 grams shrimps, cleaned up, peeled, and deveined
4 buns, cut in half
Salt to taste
Crushed black peppercorns to taste
2-3 tablespoons sliced spring onion greens
1 tsp light soy sauce
2 spring onion bulbs
1 tablespoon fine-tuned flour (maida).
2 eggs, beaten.
Panko breadcrumbs for finish.
Oil for shallow frying.
Butter for using.
Lettuce leaves as needed.
Tartar sauce as required.
4 cheese slices.
1 little tomato, cut into thin roundels.
Assorted chips to serve.

Method.

1. Put the shrimps in a food mill jar, add shrimps, salt, crushed black peppercorns, spring onion greens and procedure to a coarse mix.
2. Transfer the mix into a large bowl; include light soy sauce, spring onion bulbs and fine-tuned flour and mix well till combined.
3. Dip your palm in water and divide the mix into equal portions and shape each portion it into a patty.
4. Dip each patty in eggs mixture and coat with panko breadcrumbs on both sides.
1. Heat a non-stick pan, toast the hamburger buns till golden brown and gently crisp. Flip them and toast the opposite for 30 seconds. Transfer on a worktop.
5. Heat enough oil in the same pan, put the patties and shallow fry till golden brown and crisp. Drain on an absorbent paper.
6. To make one hamburger, use some butter on the base half of the burger bun, place a few lettuce leaves, spread out a portion of tartar sauce over it, position a fried patty, leading it up with a cheese piece, place a few tomato roundels and apply some butter on the base of the remaining hamburger bun half. Position it over the hamburger with the butter side facing down. Organize the hamburger on a serving plate and serve with assorted chips.
