Scruffy Aubergine Lasagna | Jamie Oliver’s Meat Free Meals

No white sauce, no intricate layering … this is my extremely scruffy, incredibly simple, and extremely scrumptious aubergine lasagna! Topped with crispy sage leaves and almond crunch, this velvety lasagna is absolutely a heavy hitter for any day of the week.

  3. I love this lasagna Jamie lazy but delicious and great to not waste a packet of leftover lasagna sheets

  4. Again the beauty of recorded videos. He added a totally dirty pan into the oven, outside and at the edges. And like magic, when lasagna is ready, the pan is totally clean, outside and on the edges too! Wow! The oven not only cooks but starts cleaning the dishes for you! Amazing!

    1. Wow 😮 I thought “man he’s talking bull” but I rewatched the part.. don’t know why he’d do that and what to make of this…

    2. Oh my god, how sad must your lives be inspecting how dirty a oven dish is or isn’t 😂.

  5. Absolutely looks delicious 😋 I am so glad you make healthy dishes for us to use.😊

  6. I made this when it first came out and can testify that this was incredible.

  7. It doesn’t matter if it’s a dirty pan. Just try and eat. I am a fan of Jamie since 20 Jears now. Everything what he cook you can do it at home and you will have a delicious resolt

  8. Delicious! I agree totally about aubergines, there’s been a convention in British cooking that said aubergine MUST be salted, which of course works if you’re doing certain Greek recipes, moussaka or maybe the delicious aubergine dip melinsalsalata, where you want a type of softness, but like with parsnips there’s more than one way to skin a vegetarian cat..
    Nice one Jamie! 🌟👍
