Salt and Pepper Edamame | सॉल्ट अँड पेपर एडमामे | Sanjeev Kapoor Khazana

This quick Japanese stir-fry is a simple fresh soya bean stir-fry with just 2 seasoning active ingredients.

SALT AND PEPPER EDAMAME

Ingredients

400 grams frozen edamame pods (fresh soya beans), thawed
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 1/2 tsps finely sliced garlic
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp black peppercorn powder
Red chili flakes for garnish

Approach

1. Heat sesame oil in a shallow pan, add garlic and sauté on high heat till it tuns golden. Include edamame pods, salt and black peppercorn powder.
2. Toss till well integrate and continue to cook for 2 minutes.
3. Transfer the edamame on a serving plate, garnish with red chili flakes; and serve.
