Your protein repair simply got a smart appearance! Moong dal as a delicious, hot spread toasted with sesame simply for that minor crunch. So unlike the method you have consumed moong so far best?

Components

2 cups soaked split skinless green gram (dhuli moong dal).
4 big white bread slices.
1 inch ginger, roughly chopped.
2 green chillies, stemmed.
4-5 garlic cloves.
1/2 tsp turmeric powder.
1 tsp red chilli powder.
Salt to taste.
1/2 tsp cumin powder.
1 medium onion chopped.
1 small tomato, sliced.
1 little green capsicum, seeded and sliced.
1 little carrot, peeled and grated.
2 tablespoons chopped fresh coriander leaves.
White sesame seeds to spray.
Butter for cooking.
Tomato catsup for serving.

Approach.

1. Transfer dal in a blender container, include ginger, green chillies, garlic, 1/2 cup water and grind to coarse paste.
2. Transfer in a bowl. Include turmeric powder, red chilli powder, salt, cumin powder and mix well.
3. Include onion, tomato, capsicum, carrot and mix well. Add coriander and mix well.
4. Location bread pieces on worktop and apply spread the moong dal mixture evenly.
5. Heat a nonstick tawa. Place the ready bread with topping, sprinkle white sesame seeds, add some butter, cover and cook on medium heat for 2-3 minutes or till underside is golden brown.
6. Flip, include some more butter and cook on opposite for 3-4 minutes on medium heat.
7. Cut into triangles and serve hot with tomato catsup.
