This cooled cocktail with pineapple juice and rum is an intriguing vegan tropical cocktail.
PINACOLADA
Ingredients
60ml white rum
45ml coconut cream
60ml pineapple juice
1 lemon
5-6 ice cubes + for serving
Pineapple piece with the skin for garnish
Pineapple leaves for garnish
Technique
1. Cut the pineapple piece into triangles, make a diagonal slit on it. Snip some pineapple leaves and spray with some water to clean it.
2. Put the rum in a cocktail shaker, include coconut cream, pineapple juice, cut the lemon in half and measure 15ml of the lemon juice and put it into the shaker. Add some ice and shake it well for a few seconds.
3. Fill a serving glass with some ice and pressure the beverage into it. Garnish with the pineapple triangle and pineapple leaves. Serve immediately.
