Toor dal – ½ cup
Moong dal – ¼ cup
Shallots – 10 to 15
Garlic cloves – 10
Green chilli – 2
Tomato – 2
Turmeric powder
Coconut – 3 tbl spoon
Pepper – ½ teaspoon
Cumin seeds – ½ teaspoon
Grind coarsely & keep aside
Oil – 2 tbl spoon
Mustard – ½ teaspoon
Cumin seeds – ½ teaspoon
Onion – 1
Green chilli – 3
Dry chilli – 3
Curry leaves
Asafoetida
Salt
Coriander leaves
