Paneer Gravy

Oil – 1 tbl spoon
Paneer – 200 grams
Onion – 2 (medium size)
Cashews – 15
Green chilli – 2
Ginger
Garlic cloves – 5
Cinnamon stick
Cardamom – 1
Cloves – 3
Poppy seeds (kasakasa) – 1 teaspoon
Pepper – ¼ teaspoon
Oil – 1 tbl spoon
Ghee – 1 tbl spoon
Cumin seeds – ½ teaspoon
Curd – ½ cup
Garam masala – ¼ teaspoon
Kasuri methi – 1 teaspoon
Salt

    1. Oil should be hot while frying,fry for 45 secs to 1 min & then flip over
