Mutton Paya
Ingredients
Chopped coconut – 6 tbl spoon
Cumin seeds – ½ teaspoon
Fennel seeds – ¾ teaspoon
Pepper – ½ teaspoon
Poppy seeds (kasakasa) – 1 teaspoon
Cloves – 5
Cinnamon stick
Green chilli – 1
Oil – 2 tbl spoon
Bay leaf
Cardamom – 1
Onion – 2
Mint leaves
Tomato – 2
Ginger garlic paste – 2 tbl spoon
Chilli powder – 1 teaspoon
Coriander powder – 1½ teaspoon
Turmeric powder
Goat legs – 8
Water (approx. 750 ml)
Salt
Coriander leaves

Usually we prepare goat legs at night. Recipe: Simply add cleaned pieces to cooker along with chopped onions, tomatoes ,ginger garlic paste, chilly powder, dhania powder and water. Allow it to get vissel up to 8 to 9 . Check whether it is cooked and add salt and close the lid. This is night process. Again in morning we have to add coconut paste to the cooker and allow it to boil. Finally temper with cloves , curryleaves and cinnamon with very little oil and add to the curry.
