Muskmelon and cucumber are both extremely cooling ingredients, and when combined together, they offset a fantastic, vibrant, and outright rejuvenating drink!

MUSKMELON CUCUMBER COOLER (Serves 1).

Ingredients.

8-10 muskmelon pieces.
4-5 English cucumber pieces.
2 tbsps sugar syrup.
4 lemon wedges.
8-10 fresh mint leaves.
Ice cubes as required.
Squashed ice as required.
1 tablespoon cucumber juice.
Tonic water as required.
Flowers for garnish.

Technique.

1. Add some muskmelon cubes in a cocktail shaker.
2. Sugarcoat syrup, lemon wedges, mint and muddle.
3. Include ice cubes, close the lid and shake well.
4. Gather a serving glass, top up with crushed ice, set up cucumber slices.
5. Put cucumber juice, top up with tonic water and serve cooled garnished with flowers.
