Garam masala – ¼ teaspoon
Chaat masala – ½ teaspoon
Cumin powder – ¼ teaspoon
Handful of coriander leaves
Mint leaves
Green chilli – 2
Ginger
Garlic cloves – 3
Lemon juice – 1 teaspoon
Chaat masala – ½ teaspoon
Roasted gram – 2 tbl spoon
Curd – 2 tbl spoon
Salt
Green chutney
Tamarind chutney

  4. Looks delicious! Very much like the Bengali Ghugni. I like the mint – dhania green sauce, very inventive. The yoghurt and roasted channa dal give it a good texture.
