Gingelly oil – 3 tbl spoon
Mustard – ½ teaspoon
Shallots – 20
Garlic cloves – 25
Curry leaves
Turmeric powder
Salt
Tamarind juice of lemon size
Jaggery – ½ teaspoon

Vazhaithandu Poriyal (Ingredients)

Oil – 2 tbl spoon
Mustard – ½ teaspoon
Urad dal – 1 teaspoon
Cumin seeds – ½ teaspoon
Onion – 1
Green chilli – 3
Garlic cloves – 2
Curry leaves
Chopped banana stem – 400 grams
Turmeric powder
Salt
Cooked moong dal – ¼ cup
Grated coconut – 5 tbl spoon
Coriander leaves
