Ingredients
Oil – 1 tbl spoon
Urad dal – 2 tbl spoon
Fenugreek – ¼ teaspoon
Coriander seeds – 1 tbl spoon
Cumin seeds – ½ tbl spoon
Kashmiri chilli – 8
Dry chilli – 6 to 8
2 handful of coriander leaves
Handful of mint leaves
Small lemon size of tamarind
Salt
Gingelly oil – 3 tbl spoon
Mustard – ½ teaspoon
Urad dal – ½ teaspoon
Crushed garlic – 5
Curry leaves
Dry chilli – 2
