Yup, it’s a gourmet pop tart. No preservatives, artificial colors, just fresh fruit. Nice pastry to eat when you don’t want an entire pie.
You only need to read the Pop Tart or Toast Em ingredient list and nutrition panel to realize why home made would be better. Good golly—the sugar content alone, per tart, is nothing shy of criminal. I had a taste for some recently but was shocked 😲 to learn the amount of sugar it contained.
If you find this complicated, you should be a contestant on this show…
