  3. I replace the bacon with mushrooms as I don’t like pork! It’s really delicious that way.

  6. I’ve cooked Jamie’s carbonara for almost two decades – and I’ve worked for a Sicilian in an Italian restaurant. That’s how much I love Jamie’s version.

  7. Classic!!! It’s not up for debate. 😳you said cream…NO CREAM in Carbonara, let alone bacon. But at least you made it correctly.
