HALDI KESAR KULFI.
Components.
1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder.
A generous pinch of saffron.
5 cups milk.
10-12 almonds, blanched, peeled and slivered.
10-15 pistachios, blanched, peeled and slivered.
1/4 tsp green cardamom powder.
1/2 cup condensed milk.
Method.
1. Heat milk in a deep nonstick pan. Once it pertains to a boil, lower the heat and reduce till it reduces to half of its volume.
2. Add Tata Sampann Turmeric Powder and blend well. Include saffron, almonds, pistachios, green cardamom powder, condensed milk and blend well.
3. Permit to cool. Put into kulfi moulds and freeze for 6-8 hours.
4. Demould and serve chilled.
