GREEN GARLIC CHEELA
Ingredients
10-15 green garlic bulbs
2 green chillies, broken
1 cup gram flour (besan).
1/2 cup sorghum (jowar) flour.
1/2 cup entire wheat flour (gehun ka atta).
10-15 green garlic stalks, finely chopped.
1/4 tsp carom seeds (ajwain).
1/2 tsp turmeric powder.
Salt to taste.
Oil for drizzling.
Tomato catsup to serve.
Method.
1. Put the green garlic bulbs in a mixer jar, add green chillies and blend to a coarse paste.
2. Take the gram flour in a big bowl, include sorghum flour, entire wheat flour, the combined paste, green garlic stalks, carom seeds, turmeric powder, and salt and blend well.
3. Put 1 1/2 cups water in batches and blend till a lump complimentary batter is formed.
4. Heat a non-stick tawa. Include a ladleful of the batter and gently spread it to make a disc. Sprinkle some oil and cook for 2-3 minutes on medium heat. Flip and cook the opposite for 2-3 minutes too.
5. Serve hot with tomato catsup.
