Active ingredients
1 cup oats
1 cup Pro V Blend Antioxidant Power Trail mix
2 tablespoons butter
1/2 cup honey
1 tsp vanilla essence
1/2 cup brown sugar
Technique
1. Pre-heat the oven at 180ºC.
2. Take a baking tray, include oats and bake in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes. Allow to cool.
3. Slice Pro V Blend Antioxidant Power Trail mix. Transfer in a bowl. Include roasted oats and blend well.
4. Heat butter in a nonstick pan. Add honey and mix well.
5. Include vanilla essence, brown sugar and cook for 4-5 minutes.
6. Include this to oats mixture and mix well.
7. Transfer in a burfi tray greased and lined with butter paper and spread evenly.
8. Set aside for 2-3 hours. Cut into bars and serve.
