BREAKFAST TRIFLE.
Ingredients.
1 medium red apple.
1 ripe yellow banana.
Muesli as needed.
Blueberry yogurt as required.
1 tbsp honey.
2 tsps lemon juice.
Fresh blueberries halves for garnish.
Sliced pistachios for garnish.
Chopped almonds for garnish.
Technique.
1. Finely slice red apple and include into a bowl. Peel the banana and carefully chop it. Transfer it into the exact same bowl. Drizzle honey and lemon juice and blend well.
2. Include a portion of the fruits mix into serving glasses, add a layer of muesli and a layer of blueberry yogurt.
3. Add blueberries, pistachios and almonds and serve.
