  5. Lovely! One thing though, I once got really sick from mussels and since then I have trouble enjoying them. Any tips how I can continue to enjoy these lovely fruits of the sea?

    1. You have to control every mussel each. When one is open or broke or have little holes throw it away! Besides you can smell if one is stinky-throw away! I hope I could help!

  7. For more practical and/or economical reasons, nothing wrong in buying canned shellfish instead of fresh!
