  1. So i can cook the floor by Evening and let it soak in water overnight. Is that right?

    Also the fermentation is occurrd in this procces right maam?. Thanks for the simple recipe.

    Generally I cook mine by eve… leave it aside and eat by morning, curd added. But i dont think it is fermented…or may be not enough…im not sure .

    If anyone have knowledge in this, please guide :). Thanks in advance.

    1. Exactly.. even I don feel it’s completely fermented. How do v make it more fermented??? Should v soak it for more hours? Also how do v store the remaining balls for next day?? Pls answer

    2. Soak for few more hrs if it’s not fermented well,n you can keep the remaining balls in refrigerator for 2 to 3 days

  8. It didn’t come in that consistency for making ball. It is so watery after boiling . By mistake i added more water. Can i keep it just like that watery consistency to make fermented?
