Both the recipes are good, except for one ingredient – It is better to avoid ginger in both. It will come out very well, without unnecessary masala smell of the ginger. It goes well with meats like chicken and mutton, but not with fish.
Ginger is necessary for digestion and curing inflammation
That’s why fennel seeds are added ..no problem with digestion 😊
In traditional fish kolambu they won’t add ginger garlic.
