FARALI CHEELA

Active ingredients

1 1/2 cups amaranth flour (rajgire ka atta).
2 tsps ginger green chilli paste.
2-3 tbsps sliced fresh coriander leaves.
1 tsp cumin seeds.
Rock salt to taste.
1/4 cup roasted peanut powder.
2 medium potatoes, grated.
Oil for drizzling.
Coconut chutney for serving.

Approach.

1. Take amaranth flour in a bowl, add ginger- green chilli paste, coriander leaves, cumin seeds, rock salt, peanut powder, potatoes and 2 cups water.
2. Heat a nonstick pan and add a spoonful of batter, drizzle oil and cook on both the sides till golden brown in colour.
3. Serve hot with coconut chutney.
