In today's episode of Joyful Pleasures with Nutralite, we've developed this dessert to make your Onam celebrations even sweeter! Prepare yourself to treat yourself to a wonderful fusion of tastes with our 'Crunchy Chocolate Palada Ice Cream,' made with the luxurious @Nutralite choco spread.

CRUNCHY CHOCOLATE PALADA ICE CREAM

Active ingredient

1/2 cup Nutralite Choco Spread Crunchy
1/2 cup rice ada
3 tablespoons Nutralite Doodhshakti Probiotic Butter Spread
2 tablespoons raisins
8-10 cashew nuts, chopped
3 cups coconut milk
Dry roasted coconut pieces for garnish

Technique

1. Heat 2 tbsps Nutralite Doodhshakti Probiotic Butter Spread in a deep non-stick pan. Add raisins and cashew nuts and fry till light golden in colour. Transfer in a bowl and set aside.
2. Heat staying Nutralite Doodhshakti Probiotic Butter Spread in exact same non-stick pan. Include ada and sauté for 2-3 minutes. Add 1 cup water and mix. Cook for 5-6 minutes.
3. Add coconut milk and cook on low heat for 8-10 minutes.
4. Include cashew nuts, raisins and mix well. Prepare for 2-3 minutes.
5. Switch off the heat, include Nutralite Choco Spread Crunchy and blend well.
6. Transfer the mixture in airtight container and freeze for 8-10 hours.
7. Scoop, garnish with coconut slices and serve cooled.
