Ingredients
Rice flour – ½ cup (approx. 60 grams)
Rava – ½ cup (approx. 80 grams)
Maida – ¼ cup
Onion – 1
Green chilli – 2
Chopped ginger – 1 teaspoon
Grated carrot – 2 tbl spoon
Coriander leaves
Curry leaves
Cumin seeds – ½ teaspoon
Pepper – ½ teaspoon
Chopped cashews
Salt
Water – 3 cups (750 ml)
Ghee

Ingredients
Rava – 1 cup
Onion – 1
Tomato – 1
Fresh green peas – 1 handful
Carrot – 1
Beans – 5
Chopped garlic – 1 teaspoon
Chopped ginger – 1 teaspoon
Green chilli – 4
Chana dal – 1 teaspoon
Urad dal – 1 teaspoon
Mustard – ½ teaspoon
Cinnamon stick – 1
Cloves – 2
Cashews – 10
Asafoetida
Curry leaves
Turmeric powder
Ghee – 2 teaspoon
Oil – 2 tbl spoon
Coriander leaves
Salt
Water – 2½ cup

  1. Oof! There are too good!!! I can smell the fragrance of the spices and taste the crispiness of the rava dosa and the warm grainy texture of the upma from here in California! I love Rava dosa and suji in every form. Unfortunately, both are made from wheat, which has a very high glycemic index so must be had sparingly. I wish there was a substitute for wheat. Anyway, I will still make it and eat a bit at a time only. Fabulous food, thank you! 🙏🙏❣❣
